German junior riders' team horse Dauerbrenner has been sold to the Bad Homburg based German junior rider Constantin Pistner. The 16-year old made the transition from ponies to horses this year.

Under Bianca Nowag, the 10-year old Westfalian gelding Dauerbrenner  (by Democraat x Finalist) won team silver and finished 9th in the Individual Test at the 2012 European Junior Riders Championships in Berne, Switzerland. The pair also won the silver medal at the 2012 German Junior Riders Championships in Hunxe in September.

The 16-year old Pistner is trained by Thomas Wagner and has mainly been competing at national FEI pony level aboard Lordy and Nagano's Son. In 2012 he made the transition to horses aboard Bergerac. This Hanoverian (by Belissimo x De Niro) was the bronze medallist at the 2008 Bundeschampionate and competed at the 2009 World Young Horse Championships in Verden.
