Four stallions got one step further at Hanoverian Stallion Licensing process by passing the pre-selection trials last weekend in Deitersen, Germany. No less than two of them are sons of the rising sire Fuerst Nymphenburg, who is stationed at the State Stud in Celle.

The other two colts accepted in Deitersen are show jumpers by Calido and Valentino.

Furst Nymphenburg (by Florencio I x De Niro) was the Reserve Champion in the lot of stallions with emphasis on dressage at the 2007 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing and he confirmed this assessment by winning a series of tests for young riding horses under Wolfhard Witte.

After taking the reserve champion's title for Hanoverian Riding Horses, he qualified for the 2008 Bundeschampionat and then proceeded to clearly win his performance test in Adelheidsdorf, leading  the dressage index.

His two promising sons (Fuerst Nymphenburg x Wolkentanz x Thronfolger and Fuerst Nymphenburg x Lauries Crusador xx x Weltmeyer) were impressively shown by Martin Berkenbusch to the Hanoverian Licencing Committee on Monday.

"Both absolutely outstanding stallions are endowed with a high class temperament, which is typical for Fuerst Nymphenburg," said Helmut Freiherr von Fircks, the owner of  Gestuet Nymphenburg.

The Hanoverian Stallion Licensing will start on 27 October 2001 in Verden.
