Superb quality colt by Don Juan de Hus out of Lady Sun an Elite Sandro Hit x De Niro x Rubinstein mare.   Don Amour looks like a little Grand Prix horse!  He has a beautiful head and neck, exceptionally connected top line and superbly correct legs and feet. He is long legged and modern but also very powerful.

He will be bay with long black socks on all four legs, his foal coat being lighter and brighter than the colour he will eventually be.  From the first he was strong and straight and practically came out trotting!   He has an active hind leg in trot and canter, good knee action and excellent balance.  His walk goes right through his body.  All his movement is effortlessly elevated - as you can see in the video he is relaxed (i.e. not being chased by a plastic bag!).

His father Don Juan de Hus needs little introduction with six licensed sons to his name including several stand out stallions (e.g. D’Egalite, Champion of the Westphalian licensing in 2015 and the Premium Hanoverian stallion and auction price highlight D’Avie in 2014 ) and seven state premium daughters as of early 2016.  At nine years old Don Juan has already been trained to Grand Prix and is known for his exceptionally expressive and powerful movement.

His dam Lady Sun is the mother of OLD licensed stallion Hot Story and international Small Tour horse Figaro de Hus (FEI PSG and Inter I).   Lady Scarlett (mother of Fuerst Wilhelm and Gran mother of Fuerst William), Jazzmate, Decamerone, Touch of Love and the stunning auction horse Bonaire (who sold for over Euros 450,000) all share the same Grandmother as Lady Sun.   Rubin Extra, International Grand Prix stallion Sir Diamond (who recently did so well at Balve), La Piko S, Sohn der Sonne and Levantino H also herald from the immediate dam line.
