The Furstenball x Sandro Hit x Royal Dance filly which won the Moritzburg Foal Show

Furstenball, Don Bolero, Quaterback, Franziskus, and Decurio were the sires of the winning foals at the foals shows held the past week in Moritzburg, Hagen and Werder/Havel, Germany.

At the foal show at Gestüt Elstertal in Moritzburg on 5 June 2012 a Furstenball filly and Don Bolero colt took top honours. Owned by the show organizer Steffen Jahn, the winning Furstenball filly is out of Power Lady (by Sandro Hit x Royal Dance) and descends from the famous P-mother line (Poetin, Samba Hit) from the state stud Neustadt/Dosse.  The winning Don Bolero colt is bred by Katja Becker and is out of Leona Lewis (by Ludwig von Bayern).

On Saturday 9 June 2012 breeders gathered at Gestut Bonhomme for a foal show, where there were three winners. In the filly category Norbert Schmidt's Quaterback x Lauries Crusador xx won the trophy, whereas in the colts' division there were two foals ranked first: Lothar Schulze's Furstenball x Romancier and Toni Cisek's Decurio x Sunny Boy.

At the foal show held at Hof Kasselmann in Hagen on Sunday 10 June 2012 Gestut Neff's Quaterback x Damon Hill filly topped the leader board with 87 points and became the highest scoring foal of the day. The winning colt is by Franziskus x De Niro x Grundstein. Bred by Josef Albers, this colt scored 85 points.
