The KWPN society regularly discloses interesting statistical information about stallions, their breedings and the offspring. They recently revealed that one of most successful cross that produces Grand Prix horses is United x Gribaldi.
Grand Prix horses Bordeaux (Isabel Freese), Aquamarijn (Yvonne Losos de Muniz) and Amaretto B (Varvara Sorokina) are all examples of the United x Gribaldi cross competing at international Grand Prix level. Behroez (Sarah Milles) and CSI (Jonna Schelstraete) both competed at medium tour level and are of the same cross.
The United x Gribaldi cross has 14 offspring that has been competing at small tour level or higher. This makes it the third best cross for KWPN.
United was trained to small tour level by Edward Gal and competed at the 2007 World Young Horse Championships in Verden. He was shown up to small tour level in Holland until 2009 after which the horse was retired from sport at age 8.
Successful Jazz Crosses
As top producer for the KWPN society with the most offspring of all time, Jazz of course produced the highest number of offspring competing at S-level.
There are several crosses with Jazz as a sire that have produced successful combinations in sport:
The Jazz x Ulft cross has produced 18 offspring competing at S-level (Adelinde Cornelissen's Parzival being the most famous one, but there is also Bolero, Argentino, Zondagskind, ).
The Jazz x Contango cross has produced 17 offspring competing at S-level (Tango, Vontango, Arthur, Bonzanjo, Wilton, etc).
The Jazz x Ferro cross has produced 13 offspring (Don Olymbrio, Vancouver K).
Dam Sire Influence
Jazz is also the top producing dam sire when it comes to producing S-level offspring.

KWPN Dressage Matches
With the Jazz x Ulft and Jazz x Contango cross being the two best crosses, followed by United x Gribaldi, another successful cross is OO Seven x Jazz with 11 offspring at small tour level or higher.
The Gribaldi x Pion cross has produced 10 S-level horses.
The Lord Leatherdale x Negro cross has produced 7 S-level horses, including Chippendale, Everdale and World Young Horse Champion Glamourdale.
Tuschinski has produced 48 offspring at S-level and 5 of them are with the Havidoff cross.
