The Polish Equestrian Federation has selected the riders for the youth teams that will compete in the Nations' Cup classes at the 2019 CDIO-PJYR Hagen "Future Champions" competition at Hof Kasselmann on 11 - 16 June 2019.
The CDIO-PJYR Hagen has been named "Tokyo Olympic Test Event" and will serve with a top panel of seven judges to test the computer equipment for Tokyo.
The teams for the Youth Nations' Cup classes include three riders.

- Maria Walczyńska-Graczyk - Merci
CDIO Junior Riders :
- Julia Rogowska - Da Capo

CDIO Young Riders:
- Małgorzata Kowalska - Raikano's Son
- Michalina Terlecka - Suleyken
- Anna Wojtkowska - Damon's Delight
