Devino, Best Seller of the 2019 Westfalian Spring Elite Auction

The 4-year old Devino became the best selling horse at the 2019 Westfalian Spring Elite Auction held in Munster-Handorf on Sunday 7 April 2019. 

The bay Dante Weltino x Lancer III offspring sold for 115,000 euro. Devino is bred by trainer Norbert van Laak. 

The second most expensive horse was the 4-year old gelding Don Basti (by Don Frederic) which fetched 67,000 euro. The 4-year old mare Goldmarie (by Goldberg) found new owners for 57,000 euro. 

First Price (by Furst Selection x Ehrenpreis) sold for 40,000 euro to Bavaria. 

The most expensive jumper was Kyron (by Kannan). The 6-year old sold for 41,000 euro.

The best selling foal at the auction was the colt Finnur (by Franklin x Rock Forever), which sold for 27,000 euro. Viva West (by Valverde x Don Nobless) sold for 16,500 euro.

The top priced pony was Voila (by Valido's Highlight x Riccio) which sold for 14,500 euro. The best selling pony foal was A Special One (by A New Star x Der Feine Lord) which fetched 15,000 euro.
