German Elke Ebert has been promoted to 5* status as a dressage judge by the FEI Dressage Committee.

Ebert is the only judge to receive this 5* level promotion this year. The 5* status is the highest rank.

The promotion, which will come into effect on 1 July 2019, will allow Ebert to officiate in the future at major FEI Dressage events, such as Dressage World Cup™ Finals, FEI Championships at Grand Prix level, World Championships and Olympic Games.

This promotion will bring the number of 5* dressage judges to 40.
