Fiora, Price Highlight of the Hölscher Yard Sale

After forty years of dedicated horse breeding, German breeders Hermann and Kathrin Hölscher have called it quits and auctioned off their entire horse stock on 15 September 2018.

Hölscher bred renowned sport stallions such as FS Demirel and licensed stallion Federweisser.

The price highlight of the yard sale was a 3-year old Oldenburg bred Fiora (by For Romance x Dimaggio), which sold for 35,000 euro to a Hamburg based client. 

The second most expensive horse was a 5-year old Hanoverian mare Domino Zwei (by Don Index x Piaster); which sold for 26,000 euro to Westfalia. 

A Hamburg based customer paid 24,000 euro for a yearling colt by Blue Hors Farrell x Dimaggio x Likoto xx.

A total of 39 horses were auctioned in this yard sale and they achieved a turnover of 330,000 euro.
