Dutch Team Pony Next Black Magic Sold

Dutch dressage team pony Next Black Magic has been sold to rising Dutch FEI pony rider Jill Kempes. 

Next Black Magic is a 10-year old Westfalian bred German Riding Pony, bred by Mr Teeken. He is by Nabucco R out of Prime Time (by Pour L'Amour).

Under Fleur Prinsen the pony made its international show debut at the 2018 CDI Diepenbeek, where they won the team and individual test. That year they also competed at the CDI's in Lamprechtshausen, Exloo, Aachen and Roosendaal.

This year the combination showed in Le Mans, Lier, Nieuw en St. Joosland and Compiegne to earn a spot on the Dutch team for the 2018 European Pony Championships in Bishop Burton, U.K.  The pair won team silver and finished 15th in the individual test. They went on to win silver at the 2018 Dutch Pony Championships at the end of August.

Next Black Magic has now been sold to Jill Kempes, who trains with Coby and Marlies van Baalen.
