Three new riders have been submitted to the German "Perspective Squad" for dressage and have relocated their horses to the National Performance Centre (BLZ) in Warendorf, Germany.

German Under 25 rider Bianca Nowag and Claire Louise Averkorn as well as young rider Ann Kristin Arnold are the new members of the Perspective Squad.

If they relocate to the BLZ they can get almost daily training from team trainers Monica Theodorescu, Sebastian Heinze and Cornelia Endres. With this help they can properly prepare themselves for a professional career in dressage.

Both Averkorn and Arnold are career athletes in the German military.

The Perspective squad has four to seven members aged between 20 and 30 and they were selected based on their talent, performance record and dedication to build up a professional career.

Further members of the Perspective squad are Florine Kienbaum, Sanneke Rothenberger, Charlott-Maria Schurmann, and Franziska Stieglmaier.
