Stefanie Lempart's Ginger Passed Away

Stefanie Lempart's Ginger, the horse that became the 1993 European Junior Riders Champion, has passed away at the graceful age of 37. The gelding was competed by Lempart from 1988 till 1997.

The chestnut Hanoverian Ginger was by Graphit x Cypern x Kurator II x Dolch and was bred by Heinrich Beutner

Lempart and Ginger made their show debut in 1988. In 1992 the mare was shown by judge Dietrich Plewa (Stefanie's trainer at the time) at a show in Bretten and Stuttgart

At the 1993 European Junior Riders Championships in Spangenberg, they won team and individual gold. They went on to became the German Junior Champions that year in Dallgow.

At the 1994 German Young Riders Championships the pair won silver. In 1996 they contested the German Young Riders Championships again in Hünxe, but finished sixth.

Ginger collected 37 victories at S-level in her career.
