The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has anounced the dates and locations for the 2017 US Dressage Championships after failing to stage this year's National Small and Big Tour level Championships due to financial and logistical issues.

The 2017 U.S. Dressage Championships, also known as the Festival of Champions, will be divided between two competitions. The Grand Prix, Intermediaire I, and Under 25 National Championships will be held at the USET Foundation headquarters in Gladstone, N.J., May 18-21.

The Children, Pony Rider, Junior, and Young Riders Championships will coincide with the 2017 U.S. Young and Developing Horse Championships taking place at the Lamplight Equestrian Center in Wayne, Ill., August 24-27.

The 2016 U.S. Small and Big Tour Championships were slated to run 12 - 16 October 2016 in Paso Robles, CA, but were cancelled due to "a series of challenges and logistical hurdles." Paso Robles was already substituting for Epona Farms in Thousand Oaks, CA.
