On 2 October 2016 the Westfalian society will be holding its annual autumn Elite Auction of young dressage and show jumping horses as well as a small selection of elite quality foals. This year's 52nd edition of the Autumn Elite auction has an outstanding collection of young talent. The auction starts at 14h00 at the Westfalian equestrian centre in Munster-Handorf.
Auction highlights include catalog number 1, the 3-year old Bien Venido (by Bordeaux x Spielberg), who comes from the proven dam line that has produced excellent sport horses such as licensed stallion Basic, Formel Eins and Quintessenz.
Catalog nr 4, State Premium Mare Bella Diva (by Brisbane x De Niro) is the current 2016 Westfalian young horse champion and the reserve champion of the 2016 Westfalian Elite Mare Show.
Catalog nr 5, Don Piccolo (by Don Schufro x Furst Piccolo) is a highly gifted dressage athlete with outstanding cadence, rideability and movement quality. He descends from the same dam line as licensed stallions Quotenkönig, Feedback, Fiderhit and Dahlhoff.
Catalog nr 6, Fit for you (by Franziskus x Damon Hill) is an offspring from state premium mre Deprice, who was the 2008 Westfalian Elite Mare Champion.
The collection also includes two highly interesting Vitalis offspring, the sire of the 2016 World Young Horse Champion Victoria's Secret.
