The CDI Fritzens at Evelyn and Klaus Haim-Swarovski's Schindlhof in the Tyrolian Alps is said to be the most beautiful dressage show in the world. The 2016 CDI edition was a great success with top riders such as Isabell Werth and Dorothee Schneider making the event a fixture on their calendar.
Isabell Werth and her rising Grand Prix star Emilio, who is already short listed for the German Olympic Team, dominated the Grand Prix Special tour, while German Jenny Lang-Bobbe and her Holsteiner gelding Loverboy were in charge of the Kur Tour. Pepo Puch also won the 2016 Austrian Para Dressage Championships which were held at the CDI Fritzens. The Para Nationals also served as final Austrian Paralympic team selection trial.
