The 2016 Brightwells Elite Dressage Collection Sale features high quality dressage prospects selected all over Europe for the ever popular and successful sales held at the Addington Manor Equestrian Centre in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, on Saturday 7 May 2016.
The 2016 Brightwells Elite Dressage Collection Sale is of a particular high standard. All horses have undergone clinical examination including X-rays, which are available to be viewed. X-rays can be forwarded to your Veterinary Surgeon up to two days prior to the auction and horses can be tried by arrangement at their current locations before travelling to the UK for the Auction.
We welcome you to view and try our auction horses at Addington on Friday 6th & Saturday 7th May prior to the auction.
2016 Brightwells Auction Horse In the Spotlight: Skyfall
Lot 6 Skyfall is a 4 year old gelding by Sir Donnerhall – Wolkentanz II – Walt Disney I
Skyfall is a grandson of one of the best known stallions, Sandro Hit. Sir Donnerhall has produced numerous licensed stallions and dressage horses competing at the highest levels in the sport, including Sergio Rossi, Sir Nymphenburg I, Starbucks, Sir De Hus, Sir Deauville etc. Skyfall’s motherline brings the blood of Weltmeyer through son Wolkentanz II. His granddam, Wendla produced the licensed stallions, Fabulous Tyme and De L’Amour, also Lionheart who competed at Grand Prix level with Canadian rider Karen Pavicic.
