Luxembourg Lusitano lover Christina Jacoberger has decided to support and promote the sport career of Lusitano licensed stallion Coronel AR under 23-year old Portuguese FEI rider Rita Ralao.

Jacoberger is the owner of Portugal's most successful Lusitano dressage stallion ever, Rubi AR, who competed at the 2012 Olympic Games and 2011 and 2013 European Championships.

Christine has held a keen eye on the careers of Rubi offspring and is now committed to promoting the future development of the sport careers of her own, home bred Bariloche Jgr and Alter Real Stud's Coronel AR.

"I take care of Coronel and I hope Alter Real Stud will spent more means on the other horses of their competition team, who are all progeny of Rubi," Jacoberger told Eurodressage. "I will help young talented riders to begin their career, like Rita, who will ride Coronel, and Vasco Mira Godinhon who is already riding my Bariloche and competing him in medium tour., Both pairs are trained by Miguel Ralão. I am very happy to help these two riders.  They are very serious, correct, humble, talented, and dedicated. They work a lot. I do not have big financial means but I have know-how and ideas, so I can help them in the beginning of their career. We are a good team!"

Jacoberger has also reached an agreement with Alter Real Stud that she can re-invest the obtained stud fee into Coronel's sport career. Under Duarte Nogueira, the bay Coronel AR won the Portugal National Cup at small tour level and is training at Grand Prix level.

The horse arrived at Ralao's barn on Monday 25 April 2016. They 23-year old Ralao has not yet decided whether she will first compete him at Medium Tour or Under 25 GP level.
