Heidi Bemelmans Honoured for Her Commitment to Swiss Youth Riders' Dressage

Swiss Youth Riders team captain Heidi Bemelmans has been honoured for her dedication and commitment to Swiss dressage sport at a special ceremony in Berne, Switzerland. 

Charles Trolliet, president of the Swiss Equestrian Federation, invited Bemelmans and the Swiss Children's team that won gold at the inaugural 2015 European Children's Championships in Vidauban, France, for a special ceremony at the federation's headquarters in Berne, Switzerland.

Bemelmans has been chef d'equipe of the Swiss Pony, Junior and Young Riders team for the past six years; the last few years her duties were expanded to cover the children's and Under 25 division as well.

Last year the Swiss children's team, consisting of Jorina Miehling, Annina Lüthi and Mielin Ngovan, won team gold in Vidauban. They were also thanked for their achievements during the ceremony.
