Van Zwambagt and Nieuwenhuis Win Fourth Leg of 2015-2016 KNHS Junior-Young Riders Cup in Berkel-Enschot

Junior rider Febe van Zwambagt and young rider Jeanine Nieuwenhuis reigned supreme in the 2015-2016 KNHS Junior-Young Riders Cup show circuit of which the fourth leg was held in Berkel-Enschot on Saturday 26 March 2016.

Junior Rider Febe van Zwambagt is on a roll aboard her Rhinelander bred FS Las Vegas (by Lord Loxley), having won all four qualifiers so far. In Berkel-Enschot the judging panel awarded her ride a strong 74.59% to make her top the leader board. Esmee Donkers and her second junior riders' horse Chaina (by Sir Donnerhall) finished second with 72.03%. This was Donkers' first ride on this show circuit, which also counts as squad team selection trial. Thalia Rockx and the Dutch branded Cenda de la Fazenda (by Don Schufro) finished third.

Young Rider Jeanine Nieuwenhuis clocked her third victory out of four qualifiers aboard the chestnut geldin TC Athene (by United). She scored 72.19% for the trophy and edged out Lisanne Zoutendijk on the liver chestnut Watteau (by Jazz), who became the runner-up with 70.22%. Carlijn Huberts and her Dutch bred Romeo (by Jazz) followed in a distance in third place with 66.97%.
