Graves Tops February Edition of 2016 Olympic Games Dressage Ranking List

The United States Equestrian Federation has updated the 2016 Olympic Games Dressage Ranking List from which a long list will be drawn of riders invited to compete in the Euro tour before final Olympic team selection.

2015 U.S. Dressage Champion Laura Graves is currently in the lead with a score average of 76.569%, followed by Steffen Peters on Rosamunde with 75.935% and on Legolas with 74.573%. Shelly Francis and Doktor are currently ranked fourth with 71.920%, followed by Kasey Perry on Gorklintgaards Dublet with 71.899% and Arlene Page on Woodstock with 71.584

Approximately eight (8) combinations will be long-listed to compete in at least two designated European Observation Events. Rotterdam (NED) is the required, final European Observation Event for all combinations, and before that riders have the choice to show either at the CDI Compiegne and/or CDI Roosendaal.

Athletes wishing to be considered for the U.S. Olympic Dressage Team must submit an online application on or before February 26, 2016.
