The 2015 A.O.S. Auction in Ankum, Germany, on 27 September 2015 will feature a unique family portrait: Fasine, the reigning Bundeschampion of the 6-year old dressage horses and her full brother For Romance (both by Furst Romancier x Sir Donnerhall x Don Schufro) will be present, together with offspring and siblings, in the riding arena of the See und Sporthotel in Ankum, Germany.
Every year in autumn, the A.O.S. Auction presents a collection of particularly rich variety which fulfils a wide range of expectations, purposes and financial circumstances. The collection includes foals from breeders throughout Germany, strictly selected by the equestrian and breeding expert Uwe Heckmann; young stallions and aspiring licensing candidates, two to three-year old stallions, some of them already registered for licensing; young horses, three- to six-year-old highly talented young horses for show-jumping and/or dressage; experienced riding horses, some of them with successes up to intermediate and advanced levels; and very interesting mares for breeding and/or sport.
This year Fasine's family will be in the spotlight. Two 2,5-year old licensing candidates of the family of For Romance and Fasine are included in the auction collextion. Fasine is represented in the auction lot by her exceptionally charming daughter, catalogue number 40 A La Fasine (by Apache).
The 2012 AOS auction horse Best of All (by Bordeaux) has travelled all the way from Emma Jane Blundell's Mount St. John brood farm in Great Britain for an exhibition. She is a maternal half sister to For Romance and Fasine and became the 2015 British Dressage Champion at Novice level last weekend.
