The 18th POS promises excitement with an extraordinary collection, the ‘Ü16-Cup’ final and a glamourous gala evening. For the past ten years, the Ponyforum GmbH has been organising the POS. In this time, the POS has become established as a renowned and important event in the national and international sales calendar.
The jubilee event takes place from 9th to 11th October in Alsfeld with a collection of outstanding quality. A selected lot, consisting of approx. 30 Sportsponies of truly elite status, are for sale. Regional champions and current finalists of the ‘Bundeschampionate’ can be found in this remarkable anniversary collection, along with well produced dressage ponies with successes in classes of elementary and FEI level.
On the occasion of the 10-year anniversary, the gala evening of the event is appropriately glamorous, with numerous displays and live acts attending. Among others, the shepherdess Anne Krüger will be performing with her Border Collies and horses on Friday at 20:00. She has already wowed the audience at the Equitana, the Hoptop show and the World Championships. She brings several Ponyforum ponies with her as part of her show team.
Also, various successful combinations from 10 years of POS will perform in atmospheric displays and of course a dazzling presentation of the collection will take place. Alongside the collection, which is the focus of the event, there will be the finale of the Ponyforum-Ü16-Cup. This league competition is in its second year and is aimed at dressage riders on ponies, of 17 years or over in this calendar year. The big finale takes place on Friday afternoon in the format of a freestyle, where Germany’s most successful adult pony riders are decided.
