Wonderfull Named Champion of the 2015 Austrian Warmblood Elite Mare Show

The chestnut mare Wonderfull was named the champion mare in the 3-year old division at the 2015 Austrian Warmblood Elite Mare Show held at the Austrian young horse championships in Stadl Paura, Austria on 18 - 20 September 2015.

Bred by Bettina Fasching, Wonderfull is by Quaterhall x Western Star and stood out with her tupe and movement mechanism. She scored a total mark of 8.3 for the national titiel.

A total of fourteen 3-year old mares were invited to the champion's ring in which Wonderfull took highest honour. The reserve champion was Emilia STH (by Riccione), bred by Claudia Wuggenig. She scored a total of 8.2 and edged out Gambia (by Silbermond) who scored 8.1.

The Austrian Warmblood elite mare show also has a 4-year old mare class in which sixteen mares in total were presented. Seven were picked for the finals. Franz Schuster's mare Feine Lady (by Don King x De Niro) excelled with her harmonious type and ground covering gaits. She scored a winning 8.7 total. Vendetta (by Romanov) was the runner-up with 8.6, followed by the jumping bred La Storia BZ (by Stalypso) with 8.2.
