Finnish Team Selected for 2015 European Dressage Championships

The Finnish equestrian federation and team trainer Emile Faurie have selected the majority of riders for the Finnish team that will compete at the 2015 European Dressage Championships in Aachen, Germany, on 12 - 16 August 2015.

Three of the four team riders have been confirmed on the team. There is still a short list of four riders of which one will be named on the team on 28 July 2015.

The Finnish team is supported by Aki Ylanne as chef de mission, Mia Stellberg as chef d'equipe and British 2011 team rider Emile Faurie as the team trainer. The team vet is Eamon McLaughlin.

Certain of a team spot are Terhi Stegars (Axis), Emma Kanerva (Solina) and Kristina Böckmann (Der Kleine Lord). The latter is German born but now riding for Finland.

The four short listed riders for the fourth team spot are Eevamaria Porthan-Broddell (Solos Lacan), Elisabet Ehrnrooth (Wizard II),  Kikka Suomio (Flourian), and Niina Nilosaari (Kom Ragdoll).
