The Canadian equestrian federation - Equine Canada - has announced the team that will represent Canada at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada on11 - 14 July 2015. The equestrian disciplines are held at the Caledon Equestrian Center in Palgrave, Ontario.
The Canadian team selection is based on score averages achieved this winter and spring CDI show season. Canada is sending a mixed team of two Grand Prix riders and two small tour riders.
Alison Martin will serve as chef d'equipe, Volker Moritz as Technical advisor
The 2015 Canadian Pan Am team includes:
- Belinda Trussell - Anton
- Megan Lane - Caravella
- Brittany Fraser - All In
- Chris von Martels - Zilverstar
The two appointed reserve riders are:
- Diane Creech - Robbie W
- Karen Pavicic - Don Daiquiri
Two additional riders are on call as well
- Shannon Dueck - Cantaris
- Jacqueline Brooks - D Niro
