Swiss Teams Selected for 2015 European Junior/Young Riders Championships

The dressage selection committee of the Swiss Equestrian Federation has named the teams that will represent Switzerland at the 2015 European Championships for Children, Junior and Young Riders in Vidauban, France, on 1 - 5 July 2015.

Switzerland is one of the few countries that will be fielding an entire Children's team for the inaugural European Children's Championships. The children The FEI Children division is an important element in the development of equestrian sport throughout the world. 

A rider may compete in the FEI Children division from the beginning of the calendar year in which he/she reaches the age of 12 until the end of the calendar year in which he/she reaches the age of 14. The rider may be on a pony or horse.

So far only three riders are officially nominated on the Swiss junior and young rider team.

The Swiss teams for Vidauban are:

Children:

  • Annina Lüthi  - Odin III
  • Jorina Miehling -  Rising Star
  • Meilin Ngovan - Don Paulo

Junior riders

  • Léonie Guerra - Mocca IV                 
  • Elena Krattiger -  Ramia Lox
  • Naomi Winnewisser - Fürst Rousseau

Young riders

  • Christina König - Saturnus
  • Tamara-Lucia Roos - Amaretto XII
  • Estelle Wettstein - Darlington C
