Stella Charlott Roth, Germany's Under 25 Champion of 2012 has decided to leave her trainer of six years Dorothee Schneider to start her independent business as a rider and trainer.

The now 25-year old recently graduated in Economics at the Goethe University in Frankfurt and has decided to start her own business at the Meurer equestrian centre in Bippen, Germany.

Roth has had a successful career as a young rider and Under 25 rider. In 2010 she won team gold and finished fourth individually at the European Young Riders Championships in Kronberg on Diva Royal (by Don Frederico x Warkant). In 2012 Schneider competed the black mare and qualified on the German team for the 2012 Olympic Games in London, where they finished 7th in the Kur to Music Finals. In November 2012 Roth won the Piaff Forderpreis Finals in Stuttgart for Under 25 riders.  Diva Royal injured herself in 2013 and never returned to the show ring. Roth remains very tight-lipped on what had happened to the mare and whether she will ever return to the show ring.

Stella competed the youngster Dubarry B at the 2013 Bundeschampionate in Warendorf and in 2014 Roth returned to the show ring in the U25 division, campaigning the 12-year old Rubin Action (by Rohdiamant x Grundstein II). They finished 6th at the German Championships in Balve.

Roth now wants to set up her own training stable and has taken four horses with her to Meurer's yard, where Dieter Weichert is also based.
