Brightwells' decision to stage an Elite Auction alongside this year’s Addington CDI3* for Juniors, Young Rider and Seniors on Saturday 21st March has been well received, attracting an exceptional collection of 17 talented young dressage prospects.
The horses have been selected throughout Germany, Holland and the UK and present a collection of high quality 4 to 7 year olds, of which many having already been successful in competition and command the attributes in their training for higher level sport.
All horses have under gone X-ray assessments, which can be forwarded to the Veterinary Surgeons of prospective clients prior to the sale.
Auction Horse in the Spotlight: For Season
Lot 3 is the 5-year old Westfalian gelding For Season (by Fifty Cent x Voltaire x Sir Dancier xx).
A horse of modern qualities, with outstanding powerful and active paces for the big sport. He is a son of the modern black stallion Fifty Cent whose sire Floresco has been successful in S-level dressage tests and sired the 2006 Westfalian Elite Mare Champion. Dam, Remember Me produced the successful dressage horse Fummel 4.
The dam line brings the blood of the legendary Furioso II through Voltaire.
