Eurodressage will be live on the scene at the 2015 CDI 3*/5* in Wellington, Florida, on 4 - 8 February 2015 to cover what is promising to be the biggest show of the 2015 Dressage in Florida show season with 231 FEI level rides scheduled. It will be a five-day photography maraton for Eurodressage editor-in-chief Astrid Appels, who will be reporting from this event in typical Eurodressage style!

Forty-six combinations are entered to compete in the Prix St Georges, which starts on Wednesday 4 February 2015 in the covered arena on the Wellington show grounds.

Numerous European riders are competing this week, including Florida based Juan Matute Junior, Swiss Franziska Seidl, American-German-Armenian Carrie Schopf, Spanish Jose Daniel Martin Dockx, and German Christoph Koschel and his student British-Estonian-Georgian Joanne Vaughan. Swedish snowbird Tinne Vilhelmson is focusing on campaigning Benetton Dream and Divertimento and so far has not yet shown Don Auriello in the U.S.A. Her assistent trainer Caroline Darcourt is presenting small tour horse Horatio and Grand Prix mount Paridon Magi.

Several California based riders will make their way to Florida just for this week. Steffen Peters will ride Rosamunde in the 3* and Legolas in the 5* Grand Prix. Peters' assistant trainer Dawn White-O'Connor will compete Aristo and his student Tracy Roenick, has taken over the ride on her daughter's Apassionata, will also be in action. Danish born Charlotte Jorst brings three horses (Asterios, Adventure, Nintendo) but left home her Verden star ride Vitalis.

German born Silva Martin will return to the show ring on Rosa Cha after sustaining a severe head injury last year falling off her horse.

Euro newcomer in Florida is Brit Laura Tomlinson (née Bechtolsheimer). She will start her U.S. tour on the 11-year old Holsteiner mare Unique (by Carpaccio x Lord) at small tour level. Tomlinson has not been out in the show ring since the 2013 British Nationals. Her assistant trainer Lara Griffith will present 13-year old Hanoverian gelding Rubin al Asad (by Rubin Royal x Wanderbusch II) at Grand Prix level. Michael Klimke has already been in Florida since January but is scheduled to compete 8-year old Westfalian Djamba Djokiba (by Damon Hill x Wessex) and the 9-year old Hanoverian Harmony's Depardieu (by Don Frederico x Weltmeyer) in the small tour.
