Tineke and Imke Schellekens-Bartels and the Heilan Equestrian Centre in Xinqiao, China, will be co-operating in the future. Bartels will be assisting in the training of the riders and horses at the center.

A training system has been created based on the format of the Rabo Talent Plan. Bartels will be sending Dutch trainers to China throughout the year to instruct the riders and train the horses.  On Friday 10 October 2014 the first trainer will leave Holland, ten days later several more will following under the supervision of Imke Schellekens.

"A few months ago I've been to Heilan in Xinqiao and was deeply impressed by it," said Imke. "There are 500 men and women working in the company. There is a modern equine clinic in co-operation with the equine clinic of Emmeloord (NED). All year round there are Dutch vets there and the horses look perfect. It's a complete town with a 5-star hotel and restaurants. The show, which is sold out on each Saturday evening, takes place in a theatre which there is no other in the world. You can't believe your eyes. I'm very proud of this co-operation."
