The 2014 Preis der Besten last weekend was the first selection trial for the German teams for the 2014 European Pony, Junior and Young Riders Championships. The dressage committee of the DOKR announced the long-listed riders who are allowed to compete at the second trial.
For the pony riders, the second selection trial will take place at the 2014 CDI Wiesbaden (7 - 8 June 2014) for which 15 combinations have been invited. The German junior and young riders will have their second trial at the 2014 CDIO-PJYR Hagen (10 - 16 June).
The selected pony riders for the second trial in Wiesbaden are:

Germany will also be sending a team to the CDIO-P Hagen and that team will include Pauline Holzknecht (Carlos), Celine König (Daddy's Daydream) and Semmieke Rothenberger (Paso Doble).
