Danish pony team trainer Jette Nevermann has announced the planning and criteria for the Danish pony team selection for 2014.  Nevermann is stressing high scoring consistency as an important factor for A and B-team selection.

The Danish A and B pony teams are selected based on their results, consistency of form, team sportmanship, development opportunies and other contributions.

Danish pony riders can initially profile themselves by competing in the national ECCO Cup show series.

The team trainer is realistic that not all results can be as consistently top level. "It can be possible that there aren't such good results during a show season," Neverman explained. "But it is important that the riders tackle the situation in such a way that it doesn't negatively impact the next results."

Nevermann has set out 8 observation trials where she will be present to assess the Danish pony riders
