Seventeen Stallions Approved at 2013 Westfalian Late Licensing

Seventeen stallions were accepted for breeding for the Westfalian society following the 2013 Westfalian Late Licensing on Thursday 19 December 2013.

Twenty-seven young colts without Stallion Performance Test (HLP) result were presented and eleven of them were accepted. Nine older stallion with HLP score were presented and six were approved for Westfalen.

Amongst the approved younger dressage stallions are the 2013 Oldenburg reserve licensing champion Quattromani (by Quaterback x Latiner), the ZFdp premium stallion Lassaro (by Lissaro x Monsieur), and the Hanoverian premium stallion First Ampere (by Ampere x Weltruhm). The committee also accepted the Thoroughbred Asagao xx (by Tertullian xx x Tagel xx)

Susanne Schmitt-Rimkus, managing director of the Westfalian State Stud, acquired the Westfalian bred First Selection x Belissimo M offspring as well as the Hanoverian branded Belissimo M x Weltmeyer.

The approved bay colt Fashion Maker (by Furstenball x De Niro) will be standing at stud at Station Rohmann.

 The Westfalian licensing committe refused to approve the Oldenburg licensed Buenos Dias (by Bordeaux x Don Kennedy).
