Forty became the winner of the 2013 VWF Dressage Cup for 3-year olds, held at Stable De Prinsenstad on Saturday 19 October 2013. Under Marieke Verdonk the bay Dutch warmblood (by UB40 x Contango) scored 121 points in the first round and 40 in the finals.
With 161 points Forty outclassed the competition at this regional breed show in Delft, The Netherlands.
The VWF Dressage Cup is one of many regional "3-year old championships" held in The Netherlands each year to promote the training and competition of talented young dressage horses. VWF is a breeder's society located in South-Holland West.
Jessica Buying steered the KWPN mare Filegra (by Zhivago x Tango) to the reserve champion's position with 119 points and 35 points to total 154 points. Simone van Oorsprong and Fabulous Star (by Sir Oldenburg x Wolkentanz II) were third with 149 points in total. <
