Swedish Olympic team rider Minna Telde has become the first recipient of a wild card to compete at the 2013 World Cup Finals held in her home country Sweden. The Finals are scheduled to take place in Gothenburg on 24 - 28 April 2013.
Telde will be riding her number one Grand Prix horse Santana, a 12-year old black Hanoverian stallion (by Sandro Hit x Rubinstein I).
"Yes Yes Yes We got the Wild Card for the World cup final! So happy," Telde rejoiced.
According to Ridehesten, the next rider in line to received a wild card is crowd favourite, Danish Sidsel Johansen. The two North American world cup finalists are decided this weekend following the last North American league world cup qualifier in Loxahatchee, Florida.
