The FEI Bureau allocated the 2013 European Pony Championships to Arezzo (ITA) at the 2012 FEI General Assembly, which is taking place in Istanbul, Turkey) on 5 - 7 November 2012.
The 2013 European Pony Championships in dressage, show jumping and eventing will take place 16 - 21 July 2013 and will be hosted at Ita Marzotto's Arezzo Equestrian Centre.
Arezzo Equestrian Centre has been the long-time organizer of the CSI Toscana Tour and Global Champions' Tour in show jumping and made its first attempt at staging a CDI in September 2012. The show host has plenty of experience staging Italian championships in various disciplines, ranging from show jumping and dressage to western riding.
The 2014 European Junior and Young Rideres Championships were already allocated to Arezzo last year at the 2011 General Assembly.
The FEI also announced that that 2013 Central Asia Dressage Championships will be held in Almaty (KAZ) on 14-16 June 2013.
