Isernhagen Retires as Hanoverian Auctioneer

Friedrich-Wilhelm Isernhagen has decided to retire as auctioneer for the German Hanoverian society. The long-time auctioneer will do his last auction in Verden at the 2012 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing.

Isernhagen has been working in Verden for 37 years. He is the second of two long-time employees which recently left the society. Dr. Gerd Brunken quit suddenly as auction vet after a disagreement.

"After extended his contract twice, Friedrich-Wilhelm Isernhagen has now decided to retire as auctioneer with the Hanoverian verband," the breed society announced on their website.

Isernhagen will be succeeded by Daniel Delius and Bernd Hickert.
