2012 CDIO-PJYR Hagen

Hof Kasselmann in Hagen a.T.W. will be the place to be for the U21 riding generation on 13 - 17 June 2012.  The international tournament venue in the Osnabrück region will be host to teams from all over Europe and beyond.  The Official German Nations Cup Tournament for juniors, young riders and pony riders will welcome competitors from 27 countries at the “Young people's Aachen” in the CSIO and CDIO divisions.

Every year brings even more nationalities, and that is because Future Champions at Hof Kasselmann has such an impressive reputation.  It was here that three-times World Cup champion Marcus Ehning from Borken gained his first Nations Cup stripes, just like Brit Robert Whitaker and Team World Champion Janne Friederike Meyer, Dressage Team European Champion Laura Bechtolsheimer and the German 'shooting star' of the dressage arena Kristina Sprehe (Dinklage).

In other words, anyone who's anyone comes to Future Champions in Hagen a.T.W.  For the Nations teams, the Official German Nations Cup Tournament is an important assessment of where everyone stands before the European Championships in Bern/SUI (Young Riders and Juniors Dressage) and Fontainebleau/FRA (Pony Dressage and Show Jumping), as well as in Ebreichsdorf/AUT (Young Riders and Juniors Show Jumping), which will all take place in July.

A total of 641 riders with 925 horses are expected at Hof Kasselmann.  With them will come a spectacular tapestry of languages, as riders, horses and their entourage will be making the journey from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Slovakia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, USA and Germany.
