New Appointments on Equestrian Australia Board

Equestrian Australia (EA), the Australian equestrian federation, announced the recent appointments for the Equestrian Australia Board. Nicholas Crowe and Warwick Vale were formally appointed to the EA Board at the January 2012 Board meeting.

Crowe and Vale were appointed upon the recommendation from the nominations panel.

Both members bring a wealth of experience to the Equestrian Australia Board, possessing a strong passion for equestrian sport.
Nicholas Crowe is a Senior IT Executive with more than 20 years of experience in global infrastructure, telecommunications and networking projects.  Adding to his extensive experience in IT strategies, Mr Crowe also has a passion for Showjumping and has been actively involved in the sport for many years.

The EA Board welcomes back Warwick Vale who has previously held a position on the EA Board as well as holding the position of the Chair of Equestrian Western Australia Board.  A Vet by trade, Mr Vale specialises in competition horse medicine and has been actively been involved with EA through voluntary positions.

Mr Crowe and Mr Vale will hold their positions on the Board until the next EA Annual General Meeting in October 2012 when a number of positions will be vacant.
