Australian Dressage News

The CDI Sydney has a long tradition of inviting riders from various countries to compete on borrowed horses at Prix St Georges/Intermediaire I level.  In recent years it has become more and more difficult to find enough suitable horses.

As a consequence, this may be the last year we invite foreign riders to compete on borrowed horses.

The organizers of the CDI Sydney encourage owners of suitable horses of Prix St Georges/Intermediate I standard to start thinking about lending their horse for visiting International riders. Owners are well looked after during the event, are paid a fee for lending their horse, receive all stabling and camping free of charge and have day access to the hospitality marquee.

As a Coach you are in the prime position of seeing horses that would be suitable loan horses and you have contact with the owners. With your assistance and support in encouraging owners to consider lending their horses, we will be able to secure the horses we need.
