The numbers speak volumes: Horses & Dreams meets Germany, the CDI/CSI Hagen from 4 - 8 May at Hof Kasselmann in Hagen a.T.W, will be a top meeting place for the equestrian sport, right after the FEI World Cup Finals in Leipzig.  The dressage programme alone has irresistible appeal – 150 Grand Prix horses are expected on the tournament grounds.

The exquisite dressage programme at Horses & Dreams has its own special attraction, stemming from the fact that Horses & Dreams meets Germany is “a tournament of riders for riders, and you see this in everything: from the advertising to the sporting conditions,” says World Cup finalist Helen Langehanenberg.

Boasting two Grand Prix, the Grand Prix Special and the freestyle Grand Prix, the small tour with intermediaire and Prix St. George, the Tesch Inkasso Cup, the Piaff Forderpreis U25 competition and the German Professional Dressage Championship, Horses & Dreams creates an exceptionally comprehensive selection of high-class events.

Three-time World Championship silver medal winner Laura Bechtolsheimer from Great Britain will be at Horses & Dreams, as well as Nathalie von Sayn-Wittgenstein (Denmark), who claimed a second place at the Dressage World Cup Finals in Leipzig.  Danish compatriot Andreas Helgstrand, who won silver and bronze at the 2006 World Equestrian Games, will also be there.

From Germany we will be welcoming two riders of the bronze medal-winning team from the 2010 World Equestrian Games, Christoph Koschel (Hagen a.T.W.) and Anabel Balkenhol (Münster), as well as Nadine Capellmann (Würselen), one of the Olympic team champions of 2008.

Fans of equestrian sport can look forward to a feast in both the arena and stadium, fantastic Grand Prix horses, and young whippersnappers in and under the saddle.  They can also look forward to a whole host of highlights quite apart from the dressage and show jumping, such as the opening ceremony, the big exhibition, which will be embracing the theme of Germany as guest country, and the Equestrian Education Forum.  Horses & Dreams at Hof Kasselmann rests on strong foundations.
