Swedish O-judge Eric Lette has been called back to duty to train and support the Brazilian dressage riders on their path to the 2012 London Olympic Games. Lette has previously successfully assisted the Brazilians towards the 2008 Hong Kong Olympics.

Swedish magazine Tidningen Ridsport reported that the Brazilians can obtain Olympic qualification by placing at least third at the 2011 Pan American Games held in Guadalajara, Mexico this summer.

"I've just returned home from my first trip to Brazil and there will be six or seven more before the championship," Lette told newspaper Sigtunabygden. "This time I had to assess what is out there and pick a team I want to work with."

Eric Lette judges at three Olympic Games and is currently a member of the highly discussed Judging Supervisory Panel.

"If Brazil qualifies for the Olympics, I will have to determine in which role I'll travel to London in 2012," Lette explained. "The way it looks now, I'll probably work as coach for Brazil."
