Sir Donnerhall II, Best Seller at the 2011 Oldenburg Spring Elite Auction in Vechta

The licensed breeding stallion Sir Donnerhall II became the best seller at the 2011 Oldenburg Spring Elite Auction in Vechta, Germany, on 2 April 2011. The dark bay Celle State Stud owned sire (by Sandro Hit x Donnerhall x Feldherr) sold to the Nyrerod family from Sweden for 250,000 euro.

The 10-year old almost Grand Prix ready Don Royal (by Donnerhall x Argentan x Mozart) sold for 200,000 euro to a dressage rider from Venezuela. He will be joined by the black stallion Don Fredo (Don Frederico x Pik Bube x Waidmannsheil) who sold for 37,000 euro to the same country.

The third best selling horse was Rousseau's Topas, a bay stallion by Rousseau x Rohdiamant x Karon/T, which was acquired by a Belgian dressage rider for 130,000 euro.

Americans Jason Canton and Julia Martin paid 82,000 euro for the black stallion Supremat (by Sandro Hit x Rubinstein x Feingau) while Italians bought the dark bay stallion Fiero (by Fidertanz x Sandro Hit x Landadel) for 62,500 euro.

Americans bought the top selling dressage pony of the auction, Nils (by Nuts x Magister x Marco ox). They paid 21,000 euro for Nils and 8,500 euro for Royal Classic (by Champion de Luxe x Brillant x Diamant II). Luxembourg clients acquired Cornelia Nexen (by Constantin x Sandro Ace x Feinbrand) for 8,000 euro.
