2010 European Pony Championships

A sudden last change has been made to the German pony team competing at the 2010 European Pony Championships in Bishop Burton, UK, next week. Bianca Nowag's Der Feine Lord will not be travelling to England and will be replaced by the first reserve Grete Linnemann on the palomino stallion White Gold B.

Reiner Bockholt's dark bay licensed stallion Der Feine Lord (by Dressmann x Folklore) became unlevel today in a training session in Warendorf at the final training day before leaving for England tomorrow morning. Though the irregularity is minor it was decided in the best interest of the pony not take him to England.

Grete Linnemann and White Gold B (by Golden Dancer) are the first reserves and will be substituting the pair. This means that Germany will be represented by an "All Blond" palomino team. The other team riders are Lena Charlotte Walterscheidt on Deinhard B, Jessica Krieg on Danilo and Katharina Weychert on Golden Derano C.
