2007 CDI Sydney

On Thursday, NZL riders and horses arrived; Coralie Williams and Karen Anderson along with their Chef, Wendy Hamerton, owners and partners. After some adventures on route to AUS, they have settled in comfortably to their surroundings at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre.

On Friday, Wendy Christoff arrived from Canada, Saturday the two Brits arrived; Daryl Ware and Tracy Wright, and on tomorrow, (Monday), the Japanese team of Yukiko Makino and Toshiya Taguchi along with their Coach, Yasumitsu Miyaki.

Daryl Ware (GBR) has arrived on crutches after a horse stomped on his foot the day he was leaving for AUS! He is determined to ride: hopefully we can find him an easy horse to put in auto pilot.

Tomorrow all the riders and horses gather at Horsley Park and after tour of the facilities, a briefing on the event and some lunch, they will all get to try the horses that they will compete on during the next event.

The visiting riders from CAN, GBR, JPN will ride borrowed horses made available by generous Australian owners who, have given up a week of their time to travel from all parts of NSW to be part of the event.
