Wanted: Australian Dressage Coaching Consultant

The Equestrian Federation of Australia (EFA) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably-qualified coaches for the position of Dressage Coaching Consultant for the Australian High Performance Program.

The role will require the coaching consultant to assist and guide the development in Australia of riders and coaches in the Dressage High Performance Program. This includes the preparation for the Regional Olympic Qualifying Event to be held in Sydney in October 2007, the 2008 Olympic Games, and the development of riders for the future events such as WEG 2010 and the 2012 Olympic Games.

The role will require the coaching consultant to visit Australia three or four times per year. The consultancy will initially be for the period 2007 to December 2008. Conditions are negotiable.
