2006 Performance Plus Auction

The collection of horses at the 2006 Performance Plus Auction in Vragender, The Netherlands, October 21, 2006, is getting more impressive each day. The recent three wild cards additions are champions of world class quality.

The 2006 Performance Plus Auction will be a rare opportunity to buy some of Holland finest young dressage horses!

Newest addition to the collection is Ferrero, the 2006 NRPS Licensing Champion stallion by Ferro x Darwin. This dark bay stallion is drop dead gorgeous and has fantastic basic gaits.

Also added to the collection are the 2006 Dutch Warmblood National Mare Champion and the Reserve Champion. Never before the KWPN produced such outstanding mares. Absolute beauty queens, longlined and well developed, just the way dressage horses should be built. Champion Wiona-Utopia and reserve champion Wonderlady Texel were awarded with extreme high scores for movement.

Wiona-Utopia is sired by the striking Hannoverian stallion San Remo (s.Wolkentanz), one of the young talents in Edward Gal’s stables. The influence of Wonderlady Texel’ famous father Olympic Ferro is visible in her impressive dark bay appearance and the powerful and electric use of her hind leg.

Both Wiona-Utopia and Wonderlady Texel are bred out of superb dam lines with great movement potential going back for many generations. Wiona-Utopia and Wonderlady Texel meet the strict KWPN demands for soundness on the basis of x-rays (PROK). Wiona-Utopia was not inseminated this year, Wonderlady Texel is in foal to the Holstein movement phenomena Dayano.
