2006 World Equestrian Games
The Italian Equestrian Federation (FISE) has announced the names of the three riders that will constitute the Italian dressage team at the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany; August 20 - September 3, 2006.
The nominated riders are:
- Claudia Montanari with Don Vittorio, a 1991 born Hanoverian gelding by Donnerhall x Pik Senior.
- Anna Paprocka Campanella with Andretti H, a 1995 born Hanoverian gelding by Aarking x Cavalier.
- Eva Rosenthal with L'Etoile 9, a 1993 born Baden Wurttemberger gelding by Landioso x Alexis.
These three combinations were the medallists at the 2006 Italian Dressage Championships, held in Barzago in June. Paprocka Campanella is the current Italian Champion, Montanari won the silver medal and Rosenthal bronze.
