Traditionally the first day of the Rhinelander regional championships, a Rhinelander Bundeschampionate qualifier is hosted at the venue. This year the winners of the Bundeschampionate classes were Romanowa, Solistentraum, HB Daylight and Voyager.
The 5-year old Dressage Horse division was won by Claudia Haller-Petzold aboard Romanowa, a Rhinelander mare by Roman Nature x Weinberg. The pair scored 8.5 and stayed 0.1 point ahead of second placed Bern Nothen on Daily Pleasure (by De Niro x Ehrenmarsch). The Dutch rider Miranda Rongen ranked third aboard her Oldenburg gelding Deveraux, a De Niro offspring. She got 8.2
Local hero Heiner Schiergen (pictured) won the 6-year old division with Solistentraum, a Trakehner stallion by Banditentraum. He scored 8.2 and stayed ahead of Anna Katharina Luttgen on Lamborghini (Lavaletto x Feldherr) who achieved 8.0.
Miriam Licinio and HB Daylight, a palomino stallion by FS Don't Worry x Dancer, won the 5-year old dressage pony class with 8.0. Florine Kienbaum and Donnertraum (by Donnerwetter) placed second with 7.7.
Helena Camp and Voyager (Vivaldi x Night Power) won the 6-year old Dressage Pony division with 7.6, followed by Annabel Frenzen on Dance of Joy W (FS Don't worry x Valentino) with 7.5.
