At the same time with the release of the senior A and B-teams for 2006, the German Equestrian Federation announced the youth rider teams for next year. Benjamin Werndl, the 2005 European young riders' silver medallist
, has disappeared from the team as he will be 22 in 2006. His sister and double European Champion Jessica Werndl has another year to compete at Young Riders level.
